Yes you can request an export of your website if you need it to move it to another server. There will be an associated fee to this based on how long it takes to build the export. On average it takes 1 - 3 hours to export all data and needed files.

We believe that you should only be paying for what you use, and in order to keep service to a high level and keep costs down we have to have set plans the let us plan for traffic, filespace, and database useage. You can cancel any website by deleting it through your control panel. This will in turn update and remove the subscription for that site. You can request a pro-rate for any remainding balance for that month or have it applied to your account.

Wembassy is working on being able to sell Domain Registrations in the mean time you should consider some of the great Domain Registrars available. Once you have registered a domain, then you can have it directed to our servers. Once our server has tested and verified that it is assigned properly then you will be able to create new sites using your domain name.
